It's great when one of your apprentices achieves top of the class but what about when both of them do? Panelbeating Technology Ltd currently has two staff. Ross McClelland who has been with Shane for 8 years and is Advanced Trade in Panelbeating and Sructural Repair. Also Logan Burnett who has been with Shane for 3 years. Logan has completed his trade apprenticeship in Panelbeating and is taking on a second apprenticeship in Coach Building. Logan was successful in gaining a sponsored apprenticeship and also selected as a repairer to support the Hamilton 400.

Both of these young men have made a commitment to train to the highest of their ability and as a result, both Ross and Logan achieved top of the class in their year on the Introduction to Collision Repair course at the Southern Institute of Technology in Christchurch.

This result reflects the philosophy at Panelbeating Technology Ltd - put your work first, study hard and aim high when gaining qualifications.

Logan has also been nominated as New Zealand Apprentice of the Year, which shows the mature attitude he has to his work and is a huge accolade to Shane's ongoing mentoring.
